All dahlia tuber sales are final.

Dahlia tubers are sold as individual tubers and are guaranteed to have at least one viable eye and to be free from visible disease at the time of shipment.

Shipping is available within Canada only. We do not ship to the USA. Shipping rates are flat-rate based on your location and are non-refundable.

Orders & Payments

Order combining is permitted. Shipping must be paid on your first order; to combine additional orders, select local pickup at checkout and include your original order number. Items cannot be removed once an order has been placed.

Fulfillment & Shipping

If an item in your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be contacted by email and offered a substitution or refund. Shipping will begin when weather conditions permit. As we are located in Zone 3, cold temperatures may delay shipping into late April. Orders will be shipped as soon as the risk of freezing has been reduced.

Pickup Options

Local pickup is available free of charge. You will receive an email when your order is ready, including the pickup or meetup location details.

Upon Delivery

Please open and inspect your tubers immediately upon arrival. Any questions or concerns must be emailed within 7 days of receipt.
