Shipping Policy

Please review the shipping details below for your order(s):

• A flat-rate shipping fee of $29 applies regardless of package size, weight, or destination. This is a one-time shipping charge that covers all combined orders placed before your shipment is sent. To avoid additional shipping fees, select “Pickup” at checkout for any subsequent orders.

• Order combining is available to provide a seamless shopping experience at Root Bushes.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable once orders have shipped.

• Shipping is available within Canada only.

• Orders will ship during the April–May timeframe, once weather conditions permit and the risk of freezing has passed.

• To ensure successful order combining and accurate delivery, your name and contact details must match exactly on all orders.

• If you notice an error with your order, please contact us by email and include your order number for reference.
